Shipping policy
The shipment of your product is our highest priority and we strive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Depending on stock availability, your orders are dispatched either from our contracted supplier's domestic warehouses or their international locations within their fulfillment network. Our corporate operations are legally represented by ALP INAN L.L.C.
Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our fulfillment centers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the fulfillment warehouse to the destination. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for domestic U.S. stock and 4-8 business days for international stock, depending on the location of the warehouse. Although actual shipping times may vary.
Total Time: Generally, the total delivery time depends on the locations of the fulfillment warehouse. As we mentioned above, if the order is shipped from the international warehouse, the total time will be 5-10 business days. For domestic U.S. warehouse stock, this time is around 2-5 business days. (These terms are just valid for the United States.)
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (Tracking Order).
Shipping Prices: We have Standard shipping prices which depends on our customers orders weight.
